We were dashing as
fast as we could. The sky turned darker
and darker. Tap, tap, tap, suddenly a
sound came. It seemed like someone was coming. Immediately, we turned around. What did we see?
There was an enormous
man, who was staring from the window above.
Now he is grinning at us with a terrible, offensive face.
“What are you
doing in here!” he shouted until our ears hurt.
We had no idea what to say…
Just that we were
spying on the woman who was in the house.
We stared at each other as if the time had stopped.
Yuina, you really a making progress with using verb tenses correctly and improving your vocabulary. It will soon be difficult for the reader to detect that you have only been learning English a few years!
