BISB 100 Word Challenge Rishikesh

Pleasant dreams...and a terrible exam paper

Looking at all that chocolate, I stood staring at the chocolate in the fridge, drooling away. My mum said that they were for the party. Yes, it was my Birthday. I wondered if there were more pleasant (and delicious) surprises. No, so they must be well hidden. I gave up, and went upstairs to my room. I hoped for a room full of presents. Unfortunately (and disappointingly),no. How could this be happening? This has never happened to me. I’m sure of it. Unless… what I suspect it is true. I suddenly woke up staring at my impossibly difficult exam paper.

I was on the streets; it was icy and didn’t seem like the weather for Easter. Many people were hastening home before the storm began; Easter would be long forgotten for most people, but not me! I decided that I wouldn’t let the weather ruin my holiday. Although my parents never gave me any pocket money, I would find a few pennies and pick them up. I stopped at the nearest candy shop and looking at all that chocolate the temptation was too strong to hold back and consequently I burst into the store, took a bar, and went home.

                  Question of Willingness

Looking at all that chocolate made me hungry. I couldn't believe my eyes; I knew my friend, Caroline, brought range of chocolates however I was clueless of the fact that she preserved them in her spacious locker. I had nothing to eat, my stomach was gurgling. I forgot my lunch at home plus my parents have gone to Paris for the day- nobody had anything to give me to eat – however, Caroline had tonnes of chocolate; she said she could share. It wasn’t the sugar that bothered me. The other children said that whosoever ate Caroline’s chocolates ended up ailing; should I risk my heath?

BISB 100 Word Challenge Eera

“GOOD MORNING! Out of bed all-o-you” Ms. Green said “get ready and rush for breakfast.” Blankets flying across the tent and cushions on the floor and night gowns thrown on the sacks. That’s how the day started. That’s what Easter morning looked like…we rushed and brushed and bathed. Camp clothes on and off we went for an ‘Easter Day Out’. First we looked for the hidden rabbit holes. After we found 20 rabbits we went on a chocolate treasure hunt. Two groups; two hunts.
“59, 60, 61….looking at all that chocolate mmmm Yummy! ….” The scrumdiddlyumptious browns hastily melted away.

“Time to sleep. Stop reading the Roald Dahl book”, Mom intoned. I switched the light off and fell asleep.

I was with my grandpa in a small expedition through a chocolate factory. I saw Mr. Wonka from the book Charlie and the chocolate factory. Whoa! I’m in the chocolate factory. I looked around and saw all the kids from the book except Charlie. I realized I was basically sucked into the book for the night. Looking at all the chocolate made me feel like I needed it. Suddenly Augustus Gloop pushed me into the chocolate river. All I knew was my extra choco journey started.

Why can't we share?

If we share food do we not feel gratified?Every year about 1/3 of the food produced on earth is wasted. Most of the times the reason is carelessness and greed. On earth, about 1/7 of the earth's population goes hungry. All that wasted food is more than enough for those people who go hungry. Why can't we share it.Why can't we stop wasting food.Do we not feel ashamed, when we waste food while others starve. We can stop this by donating money to charities.Be the change you want the world to be.

100 Word Challenge Divij

If we share our belongings with you, will you be happier than you are now?  Instead of wasting our food we can give it to you or other poor children. Some people don’t think about this fact; they don’t care; they want everything to themselves. However you don’t need to be that kind of person. If you share, even the tiniest amount, the world will become a better place and people like Andualem, will be much happier and will be able to live in a better environment. Sharing makes all the difference and you can be part of it to.

100 Word Challenge Ishita

If we share; then we are the ones who are supporting; furthermore helping. Don’t have to be selfish! There are moments in life when we can’t share because of certain consequences however; that doesn’t mean we cannot share anymore! SHARING IS CARING! When you share your deepest feelings or emotions you notice the burden on your shoulders evaporate. Isn’t it true?
If you share food, it reflects on your personality; it shows how considering you are, moreover it makes the other person jubilant to see that someone actually cares! I am blithesome that I can make a difference by sharing…  What about you?

BISB 100 Word Challenge Eera

If we share it shows that we really care. Think about it, what would you like to share today?
When I share, it always makes me happy. Like when I share my disappointment with my mum and my dad, they really comfort me or when I share my happiness, it’s awesome seeing other people happy. Even when I share my deepest secrets with someone…they’ll always be secure.
So you see whether it is food; water; clothing; emotions or even our knowledge it is definitely worth sharing…I am always in the mood to SHARE; I care to share how about you?

BISB 100 Word Challenge Driti

If we share…

There’s enough food for everyone on the Earth, but do you think it’s divided equally? Do you think everyone is as fortunate as us? If we share food instead of wasting it, we can make this world a much better place. All of us, at least once, have left some food on our plate- the food that could be devoured happily by hungrier people. We can share food by not wasting it and only taking as much as we want. We should also share money and clothes by donating to a charity.

NOTHING BETTER A FEELING,

THAN THAT OF HELPING

A COINCIDENCE ON PURPOSE

The zoo is amusing. I distinguished two elephants those were having a refreshing bath near a pond- I was willing to join them since the luminous, orange sun was provoking perspiration; making the fountain nearby besieged. I separated from the crowd.
Abruptly a woman holding a black cat and a handbag banged into me. Neglecting of what had occurred, she continued strolling; a card which had been kept in her handbag fell when she banged into me. Mysterious, I picked the card up. An address was scribbled on it! I was starting to think that this incidence was no coincidence; this was done with purpose.

HISSSS!! I heard a breath-taking sound coming from outside.  I went out; to my astonishment there was NOTHING! Then I heard ear-piercing screaming, “It’s the orange cat of doom”. When it came face to face with me, I froze… sniffed… then fainted because of the repulsive smell. When I came to, it was still there. “What a mysterious cat!” I thought. Then I spotted its collar; it stated that whoever wears it will become malodorous. Quickly, holding my breath, I separated the collar from the cat. I took the cat, still smelling repulsive, inside and gave it an eternal bath.

WHAT CAN IT BE?

The mysterious mist was blinding. Somehow, I could just see the orange sky merging beautifully with the misty ground. Suddenly, I spotted a building with a huge hoarding of a cat. Why didn't I notice it before? It looked like a pet store, but I was wrong. I stepped inside it to see the messiest hotel that I had ever seen. Were people really staying here? I went through the door that separated a bath from the lounge; terrified screams pierced through the wall. Where on Earth was I? Whatever it was, I knew I had to get away.

The Loner

The city centre was circled by wide motorways carrying streams of traffic belching out fumes, but never moving fast. I unwillingly forced my body to walk through the jammed streets of New York. I hated this place. I knew what to expect when the front door opened, my horrendous stepmother yelling at me to take a bath. I stared at the neighbours snobbish orange cat. It seemed to be annoyed and caterwauled in reply. Something mysterious was going on in this dismayed place. No one talked or even smiled at me. I felt completely separated from this world.

Ruvarashe 100 Word Challenge Week 23

''That's a strange noise ,'' I said to myself getting out of the bath. Eager to find out what it was I quickly dried myself and got dressed in my favourite orange dress. Not knowing what was waiting for me behind the door that separated my bathroom and my bedroom, I nervously pushed the door open and guess what I saw... A CAT !!A cat ! ''Oh yes this must be my lucky day,'' I thought to whispered to myself. I've always wanted another cat and today my wish had just come true. But of course I would have to keep this a secret. MYSTERIOUS !!!

Tisya 100 Word Challenge Week 23

Orange Cat

My book is finished. “I could use a nice bath”. So I headed for the bathtub. I opened the bathroom curtains to heat the water when I saw a mysterious, orange cat. The cat came to me purring affectionately and rubbed its stomach against my legs. It separated from my legs and sprang into to the warm water. “I’m going to call you Amber”; suddenly the cat looked at me with pleading eyes and started pulling me all the way down the stairs out the door and into the forest outside my house. I entered not knowing what will happen.

100 Word Challenge BT Rishikesh

CATS

I was in my room, reading a book. Suddenly I heard a sound. It sounded like a purr. So I checked my bro’s room if he was watching anything with cats in it. He was sleeping.  I asked my mum if our neighbor with the annoying cat came over. No, but I heard it. Mysterious. But this time it was coming from my room. I crossed the bathroom and then suddenly I heard a shriek. I put my ear to the door separating the corridor from the bath. And then the door opened and a familiar orange cat stepped out.
