There was once a tortoise walking on the pavement. He was always waving to everybody and some people
thought; here he goes again! They thought that he was funny. After a while
people got fed up with him waving at them, the people told up to stop, but he
did not so then he was banished. However,
there was an orange
bunny who came and cheered everybody up, but it made them more sad about banishing
the tortoise. Then someone came up with a idea that would bring the tortoise back -so they did
that.

Have a re-read of your 4th sentence which begins "After a while...". How could you make that flow a little better? Could you alter the punctuation perhaps?
