The Football Match
Goal!!!!!!!!!
It’s 1:3 for
Manchester against Chelsea.
I was sitting in
the front row with my dad
and my harassing
brother.
It was one of the
worst football matches ever, why? Because it started to rain horrendously,
adding to that we didn’t have an umbrella.
After all
Manchester was winning, however after a few moments the lights went off, why?
Maybe it was because of the rain, no.
What could have
turned off the light, and then I saw a bright light glistening in the dark just
on top of the lights, who could that
be?
Excellent use of the technique of 'questioning the audience' to draw the reader in.
